I swear, Alia’s the worst influence ever.  Here I am, ten new releases waiting to be polished off, after just getting back from a month’s absence, and we’re off shopping again!  But really, it’s our fault.  One of the girls in Fashion Emergency put me on to a gorgeous little store called Nora Bodyskins & Fashions, and before I know it my inventory is about a dozen skins heavier… and yet, my purse is only $1200L lighter as a result!  That’s right, the skins are only $100L a pop.

Anyone that knows me, knows that I’m a skin whore – or rather, I’m an upper-class, picky-as-heck skin-concubine.  I love skins, but I’m so picky.  So when I was handed the LM, I was dubious.  But when I got to the store, tried on some demos, and found – wow!  The Samantha line are adorable!  They all have their charms, but Samantha in particular got my attention.  AND she has a good, dark skin, which is very rare – to date, my only dark skins have been from Minnu.  And her makeups are very tasteful, with something for every occasion.  And as if the cute with the $100L price tag wasn’t reason enough, there’s another:  The hairbases.

I’m not a fan of hairbases, as a rule.  But Nora’s are adorable!  They really look like hair!  Not only that, but they come in four colours, black, brown, red and blonde, all of which look surprisingly good even on the dark skin tone, along with some basic sets pigtails and ponytails to wear with each hairbase.  I’m in a very short haired phase right now, so I spent the evening walking around all glammed up in this gorgeous outfit.

Sadly, after I’d gone and spent all my money on Samantha, I didn’t have much left to spend on Entice, but if you’re a fan of Sachi Vixen’s skins over at Adam n Eve then you should definitely try Nora Bodyskins’ Entice range on for size!

Nora Bodyskins also does some cute male skins, that’re a lot softer than the average male skin on SL, and thus useful if you’re not wanting to look like you’re built like a brick wall.  The store is due to close any day now, so don’t delay – get your monies and get down there ASAP!  If you want to find out more about why they’re closing, you can check Sezmra’s blog.

But wait, what was that about Zeenu?!

Well, that’s just Phase One of our exciting evening out.  Well, Alia and I were all glammed up when our building was interrupted by news that Viva La Glam had been invaded by the inhabitants of the planet Zeenu!  Oh noes!  And the worst had happened… they were being evicted!  So everything’s on sale for ridiculous prices, until October 11th.  If you haven’t been to Viva La Glam, go.  Their clothing is adorable, their sim is darling, and their jewellery… Well, let’s just say I’m not paying rent this week.  Totally worth it.

Before you worry too much, though, I’ve heard a rumour that they’ll be back come the new season… but hurry up and get things while they’re cheap!  Plus, aside from being adorable, most of their jewellery is also colour and/or metal-change!
